Warranty & Returns
Minimi is a New Zealand business and upholds the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
We aim to provide a service and product that exceeds these requirements.
We offer a 6 month warranty on our products, covering manufacturing defects, which is effective from the date of purchase and applies to the customer who made the purchase.
This applies to snaps, elastic, PUL, and seams. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage, nor customer error of use or care.
Pilling, shrinking, curling of some fabrics is normal in reusable nappy wear and is not covered by warranty.
Some things will damage your products and void your warranty. Please note the list below;
- Fabric softener use
- Excessive use or washing (high rotation)
- Undiluted bleach
- Temperatures above 60ºC for underwear, wet bags, and nappy shells
- Ineffective wash routine or detergent
If you have any queries about the quality of your products or notice a defect, please email us at email@example.com and include your invoice number, product name, description of the defect, and photos to show us the fault. We will reply as soon as possible, and should your product be deemed faulty, we will replace or refund to the original payment means on the initial purchase.
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. The items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags (as applicable). The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item.
If the item is returned and is assessed as being in the same condition as it was purchased, a refund will be made to the payment means used on the original purchase (less the shipping cost). We will notify you of any refund by email. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to clear.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reasons for return, invoice number, and product you are returning. We will reply as soon as possible.
