Shipping

Please note that due to COVID-19 there is currently significantly increased demand on couriers so there may be delays.

 

Orders are packed the next day of order placement. You will receive an email with your tracking number and notification your parcel is ready for the courier to pickup. Please keep an eye on your parcel delivery time to make arrangements if you are not home to receive it.

 

Shipping within New Zealand

A flat rate of $6 is applied to orders under $100 for all physical addresses in New Zealand. This is by tracked and signed courierpost so unfortunately cannot send to P.O. Boxes. Shipping is usually 1-3 working days after order has been placed.

 

Shipping to Australia

Untracked International Air Parcel is available at $15 per order. This usually takes 3-10 working days and does not require signature. Untracked parcels sent overseas will be sent at buyers risk.

Tracked International Courier is available at $35 per order. This usually takes 2-6 working days and requires a signature.

There is a limited time offer of free shipping to Australia for orders over $250. This will be by Tracked International Courier.

 

Shipping to Other Countries

Options are available upon checkout and charges are calculated by the region of delivery as designated by CourierPost NZ.

Untracked parcels sent overseas will be sent at buyers risk. 

 

Customs Duty, Import Fees, and GST

All duty and fees are at the responsibility of the buyer. The value of the parcel is required for customs and will be displayed on the package.

 

Packaging

All small and medium orders are sent in home compostable courier bags with an industrial compostable courier label (please remove this if using the courier bag in your home compost). Larger orders may be sent in boxes depending on the weight and size of the order.

 We offer organic cotton mesh bags as packaging. These can be used for laundry as well as shopping etc.

We also offer an information card on how to care for your products, which is printed on recycled kraft card. 

  

Urgent Orders

At this stage we do not offer same day delivery, but please email us if you have an urgent or emergency order at orders@minimi.co.nz

 

Changing Orders

Orders once placed and paid for cannot be changed. Please make your choices carefully! As always if it is urgent email us as soon as possible. Once sent there is nothing we can do.
